MilleniaGrandia 2 Completed: September 2006 Why: Because Millenia's design and personality are both super cool, and I love the game. It doesn't get enough recognition. How: I spent months working on and off this costume. The jacket is made from expensive crushed velvet, with gold bias tape trim. The shoulderpads were hand made to get that extreme look and then stuffed. Stocking were handsewn, with black bias tape for the details. The waist cincer and heart were hand painted with hand sewn yellow trim and buttons. The wig is a combination of a red wig, matching extentions (so much hair!!) wrapped and glued around wire, yarn, and stuffing. It's very light and comfortable. The boots were made from fabric and sandals, with all the deatails hand made from beads and foam. Comments: I love this costume. Not only is it (surprisingly) comfortable, but the wig, and outfit look awesome. The only problem is transporting it. Not only did I get to meet one of my favorite voice actors wearing this costume, Billy West, but I also got to meet..Phil Lamar!! Both were really awesome guys!
